I would definitely choose 'Strengthens the relationship.'
The core foundation of a healthy, mature, and long-lasting relationship is open communication and transparency. Being able to talk without hesitation about your partner's likes, dislikes, or any feelings greatly enhances the depth of the relationship and mutual trust. It might feel a little awkward at first, but breaking down that wall makes the relationship much easier and more beautiful.

It depends on how it's approached. It can feel awkward at first, but when both partners are comfortable and respectful, talking openly about sex usually brings them closer.
