I would definitely choose 'Strengthens the relationship.'

Being able to talk without hesitation about your partner's likes, dislikes, or any feelings greatly enhances the depth of the relationship and mutual trust. It might feel a little awkward at first, but breaking down that wall makes the relationship much easier and more beautiful.
