I cannot express how important it is to believe that taking one tiny—and possibly very uncomfortable—step at a time can ultimately add up to a great distance.
My biggest flex is that I can heal myself without anyone’s support. I don’t wait for rescue or validation.
I sit with my pain, understand it, and slowly grow out of it.
