After the Inspector arrived in Whitechapel he climbed down from the horse carriage and walked down the street towards the old factory. The puddles of rain water rippled as the Inspector stepped in them and thunder began to rumble , a few moments or so later the Inspector had arrived at the old factory to find Lucy waiting for him , "hello Inspector , I'm glad you could make it" said Lucy as the rain splashed against her umbrella.

"It's good to see you again" said the Inspector as he held his hat still to prevent the wind blowing it off , "have you made any progress with the ripper murders Inspector?" Said Lucy. "Unfortunately not , it has been very quiet" said the Inspector as the rain fell harder , "hmm maybe the ripper has left Whitechapel" said Lucy , "or maybe he stopped killing to avoid being caught" said the Inspector.

"Hmm I do not think so Inspector , he is to clever and he left no traces of evidence behind at any of the crime scenes" said Lucy as the thunder rumbled louder. Suddenly lightning began to flash amongst the clouds as the rain battered the cobblestones , "this weather is ideal for committing a murder" said the Inspector , "hmm I agree Inspector , I think you should increase patrol's here in Whitechapel for a few days" said Lucy.

"Yes I think that would be a good idea" said the Inspector , a few minutes later Lucy and Inspector Abberline said goodbye. As Lucy walked home the Inspector went inside the pub and made a telephone call to police headquarters , "it's me Inspector Abberline , I want more officer's patrolling Whitechapel for the next few days" said the Inspector , "yes sir I shall get them to increase patrol's right away" said the sergeant.

Later that day...

The stormy weather continued to batter Whitechapel as the police patrolled the streets , a few hours later as the storm soaked the streets of Whitechapel a woman called Alice had left her workplace and walked towards her home. As Alice walked through the rain soaked cobblestone streets towards her home a man began to follow her , a few minutes later as Alice walked through a small empty part of town the man grabbed her from behind and covered her mouth.

As the man covered her mouth he grabbed his knife and thrust it in and out of her repeatedly , Alice's blood splattered across the wet cobblestones as the man continued to thrust his knife in and out of her. Moments later the man placed his knife against her skin and cut her throat , he dumped her body onto the ground and watched as her blood ran across the cobblestones and made the rain water turn red.

The man vanished into the shadows as the lightning struck the nearby church and blew a hole in the roof , the pool of blood around Alice's body spread across the cobblestones and seeped into a nearby drain as the rain began to slow down...
