I can't go that too kind for dogs. If the court goes for a thing, they do 've done atleast a dozen of research n earnest discussions.

u can't stop children nor urself to step Outta yr house. That doesn't mean u r liable to get bitten- be injured brutally n being forced to die for that thing.

If 3-year old makes it more heartening, I feel everyone who passed away due a dog's bite demand the same kind of heart wrenching emotion. I know when it is kids or very young folks, the heart perceives in another manner. I do respect it completely. We can feel the pain even by knowing the for a moment.


When dogs become a menace, I strongly agree that they need to be taken away. I am still agreeing to this with all my senses in place. People should also spend time in understanding how we (people) are affecting the lives of other species too. After all they also have 'poor' souls - not 'rich' . And to add to that, when relocating those fellows, I believe organizations / governments should consider other aspects too - this was the other thought I was putting forth.

I live for myself, I have a world within myself. I get better for myself, and not for anyone.
Just to mention - just like mentioned in my original 'essay styled comment' - I do get dogs vaccinated, and sterilized

Hello and good evening everyone. I am an animal lover per say , not just dogs but other's too. But when it comes to this order I am in support because there have been a lot of stray dogs attack in our city. For that matter since 2 months a dog owner leaves his dog in our lanes without a care taker and that dog has attacked 3 residents already. As much as I am in favor of the humanitarian aspect for animals yet is it worth? . As long as these stray dogs are taken to a shelter and taken good care of , that is more important. I have seen in some malls , volunteers working with NGO's offering stray dogs for adoption and yes some people do as well. I would love to own one as my kid is also a pet lover but maintaining a pet is not an easy job. Also another point I would like to share here is that there are lot of stray cats as well on the streets , why did the honorable court not pass an order for them. Because more people die of dog attacks. Have you ever heard of a human casualty due to a cat or a group of cats attack. Well I haven't. That being said as long as this order is followed in a humane way I think it will be for the good for the dogs and the society as well. At least the dogs won't have to eat from garbage and stuff and they will get a shelter over their head. Anyways I don't want to start a debate of sorts , everyone is entitled to their respective opinions. God bless and Cheers!!!!!

Hello and good evening Ms. I don't think that option is available . The CJI had passed this order but after the hue and cry he appointed a 3 judges bench for this matter who finally also agreed with this decision. Not that I am a lawyer but I don't think filling an appeal will help anymore. God bless and cheers!!!!! Ms.

The CJI had passed this order but after the hue and cry he appointed a 3 judges bench for this matter who finally also agreed with this decision.
