As the blue smoke rose out of the chimney and the strange lights continued to flash and flicker inside the man's house Kassandra moved through the shadows to get a closer look. A few moments later she saw the man doing experiments with an array of chemicals and devices , she pryed open the window a little and listened in , "yes! finally...success , I must test this potion" said the man as Kassandra continued to listen in.
"I Doctor Jekyll will have the strength of a dozen men" said the man , a moment later Doctor Jekyll drank his strange potion as Kassandra watched. Suddenly Doctor Jekyll's body began to contort and bulge as he began to transform , his shouts became roars as his body transformed itself into something horrifying , moments later the transformation was complete and he looked into a mirror , as he looked into the mirror he saw the reflection of his former appearance.
Doctor Jekyll had become Mr Hyde...a man several times bigger , his large muscled arms covered in veins and his eyes became orange , "I shall wreak havoc on Ashwood Hollow" said Mr Hyde. "You shall not harm anyone" thought Kassandra as she moved through the shadows and climbed back onto the rooftops , a few minutes later Mr Hyde barely squeezed through the front door of his house and went outside , he charged through the streets and Kassandra began to follow him.
Suddenly screams echoed through Ashwood Hollow as Mr Hyde attacked the townsfolk , he grabbed a man and tore his arms off and threw the body in the duck pond. As Mr Hyde roared Kassandra jumped down from the rooftops and landed on his back , "you monster!! , I will end you here and now" said Kassandra as she grappled Mr Hyde , "ahh get off me woman!!" Said Mr Hyde , he reached around and grabbed her black robe and then threw her off.
Mr Hyde laughed and continued to rampage through the streets killing anyone in his way , "I must stop him" mumbled Kassandra as she stood up and chased after him. Blood soaked the cobblestone streets as Mr Hyde slaughtered more innocent people , as Kassandra chased after him she grabbed a throwing knife from her belt and threw it at him , the knife flew through the air and hit Mr Hyde in the leg making him stumble a little.
He roared then turned around and ran towards Kassandra , "come on , come and get me" said Kassandra as she stood there and waited for Mr Hyde to get closer. Just as Mr Hyde was about to hit her Kassandra ducked and grabbed a smoke bomb from her pouch and smashed it against the ground , a cloud of red smoke surrounded Mr Hyde as Kassandra moved fast around him , as she moved around him Kassandra swung and thrust her dagger through the air cutting him.
Mr Hyde swung his arms around in a frenzy trying to hit Kassandra but she was to fast , Kassandra cut Mr Hyde's body all over and then moved into the shadows as the red smoke faded. Mr Hyde fell to his knees as blood dripped from his wounds , a few moments later Mr Hyde raged and punched a hole in the ground and then charged towards Kassandra as fast as he could , Kassandra threw her fist towards Mr Hyde and hit him hard and sent him crashing through a brick wall.
While Mr Hyde was down and laying in the rubble Kassandra jumped on top of him and thrust her hidden blade into his neck , blood spurted and sprayed across the rubble and cobblestones as Kassandra pulled her blade out of his neck. A few moments later Mr Hyde's body began to contort itself as the potion wore off , a short time later Mr Hyde had transformed back into Doctor Jekyll and breathed his final breath , "you shall not harm anyone ever again" said Kassandra as she stood up.
Suddenly the police had arrived at the scene , "what happened here?" Said Inspector Kane , "Doctor Jekyll decided to test his experiments out on himself and became a monster" said Kassandra. "Oh I see , in that case thank you for your assistance Kassandra" said Inspector Kane as he twirled his moustache a little , a moment later Kassandra vanished into the shadows and walked home , a few minutes or so later Kassandra had arrived home and lay on her bed.
She thought to herself for a moment , "hmm I wonder what evil my parents were talking about , it could not have been Doctor Jekyll and his other firm Mr Hyde" she thought as she stared out of the window. "I am sure I shall find out soon enough" thought Kassandra as she closed her eyes and got some rest.
Meanwhile at Ashwood Hollow Castle...
A descendant of Doctor Frankenstein called Professor Remus Frankenstein was continuing his dead father's work , "I shall make Kassandra and her family pay for killing my father" said Professor Frankenstein as he continued the experiment. A few hours later , Professor Frankenstein laughed maniacally and said "I have done it!! , it is alive!! , I shall have my revenge".
