I went to a party yesterday. At first, it was pretty boring because only a few people were on the dance floor. I don't know if you know this, but I'm a complete dance addict. Whenever I hear music, my body automatically starts doing dance moves.
My friends grabbed some vodka and beer (I'm a teetotaler, lol), and after hanging around for a while, we went back downstairs where the DJ was playing. My main mission for the night was simple: impress some baddies with my flexible dance moves.While dancing, I noticed two friends. Well, obviously girls. One of them immediately caught my attention. She was cute, energetic, and totally my vibe. My friends and I started dancing near them, partly because we were enjoying ourselves and partly because I wanted to impress her.The more I saw her, the more I wanted to talk to her. I wanted to ask her name, get to know her, and maybe have a good conversation. But then my introverted side showed up out of nowhere. I kept hesitating and couldn't gather the courage to approach her.Seeing my struggle, my friends stood on both sides of me like personal motivational coaches, constantly encouraging me to go talk to her. After several minutes of overthinking, I finally found the courage. I walked up to her and started a conversation.
Her name was Sarah. She was just one year older than me. To my surprise, the conversation went smoothly. Before leaving, I asked for her Instagram, and she gave it to me.By then, it was already 12:30 a.m. As I walked away, I couldn't help but smile. What started as a boring party had suddenly become one of the most memorable nights I'd had in a long time. Will continue.........
