The next morning Athena, Odysseus and his crew put out the campfire and walked onwards around the lake , after a few hours they could see a village up ahead. "I feel like we're being watched" said one of Odysseus's men , the other men agreed with him then Odysseus decided to look around , a dark figure watched them as they sat above them in a tree hidden by the shadows , Athena , Odysseus and his crew walked onwards as the dark figure quietly followed them , they finally arrived at the village as a festival was happening , "hmm this sign says this is a festival to honour Artemis" said Odysseus.
They all took part in the festival and the feast until late in the evening , after the villagers had gone to bed the dark figure that had been following Athena, Odysseus and his crew watched from atop the temple roof. Athena , Odysseus and his crew stood by the fountain at the centre of the village , suddenly the wind started to blow faster , leaves floating through the air as water flowed in the fountain, "it's time to strike" thought the dark figure, suddenly the dark figure appeared out of the shadows and ran towards Odysseus , Athena sensed their presence and swiftly turned around , "watch out Odysseus" said Athena , Odysseus dodged the attack and drew his sword.
"An assassin , who sent you?" Said Odysseus , the assassin stayed silent then vanished in a puff of smoke and reappeared behind him , the assassin charged towards him with two daggers in their hand. Suddenly Odysseus's crew surrounded him and formed a wall , the assassin stood still and said "it was Poseidon that sent me to kill you" , Odysseus sighed and said , "what again? , he should learn to give up" , "oh he's been trying to kill you" said the assassin, "yes he's been trying for a long time and failing" said Odysseus. The assassin put their daggers away and pulled their mask and good down , her long black hair flowing in the wind and her eyes shining in the moonlight.
"Well then , Poseidon can do it himself , oh and my name is Kassandra" , they all went inside the temple and talked for a while until they fell asleep. Odysseus lay there with one eye slightly open as he kept his sight focused on the assassin Kassandra , a few hours later Odysseus had fallen asleep , Athena woke up and lay there and suddenly hearing quiet footsteps moving towards them , she rolled over and saw Kassandra standing there holding a dagger above Odysseus, Kassandra stood there for a minute then put her dagger away and then walked outside, Athena got up and decided to follow her...
