As the Cyclops came closer Odysseus and his crew walked into the edge of the swamp and weaved through the trees as Athena teleported behind the Cyclops , suddenly the Cyclops grabbed a tree and ripped it out of the ground and threw it towards Odysseus and his crew , they barely managed to avoid it as they rolled out of the way. They ran through the trees as Athena stood behind the Cyclops, her hands glowing as energy started to build up then suddenly Odysseus and his Ben burst out of the edge of the swamp and attacked the Cyclops, Athena unleashed a large burst of energy and fired it into the Cyclops's back.
The Cyclops roared in pain as Odysseus's crew kept attacking , Odysseus moved back down the beach and grabbed a spear then started to run towards the Cyclops. Odysseus gripped the spear tight as he ran towards the Cyclops then threw it , the spear flew through the air towards the Cyclops and hit it , the spear went impaled it's eye blinding it , the Cyclops roared in agony then pulled the spear out of his eye and started waving his arm around trying to hit Odysseus's crew , the Cyclops landed a lucky hit sending a few of Odysseus's crew through the air and into the ground, "regroup men" ordered Odysseus , his crew ran towards him and moved into formation as Athena joined them.
The Cyclops walked forward as he held his blind eye , as he was just about to stand on top of Athena, Odysseus and his men Athena surrounded them in a shield of light , the Cyclops poot his large foot down onto the light shield and slipped. The Cyclops fell down and landed on a large pointed rock , the rock impaled him and pierced hi heart killing him instantly , Athena, Odysseus and his men walked back through the dark swamp avoiding the sleeping crocodiles and reached a lake and decided to set up camp for the night.
They lit a large campfire and sat around it , Odysseus got to know his new crew better as they talked for a while and ate their food and drank some water, Athena enchanted the area around the surrounding the area with a shield to protect them during the night. A couple of hours later Athena, Odysseus and his men lay down and drifted off to sleep.
