As Delphi's dark energy blast headed straight towards him Odysseus swiftly raised his shield, the dark energy hit his shield hard but Odysseus stood his ground firmly , suddenly his shield absorbed the dark energy and glowed. Odysseus had remembered that Demeter told him his shield would protect him against magic , "no how is that possible" shouted Delphi as she fired another blast of dark energy , Odysseus raised his shield once more and used it to absorb the dark energy then suddenly his shield glowed brighter then unleashed a large burst of energy towards Delphi, the energy hit Delphi and sent her through the air and smashing through the huts wall and into the ground outside.
Delphi crawled through the mud and leaves and slowly stood up , she raged and fired another blast of dark energy towards him , Odysseus swiftly dodged the blast and watched as it hit the hut blowing another hole into its wall. Athena and Odysseus's remaining crew stepped outside and saw Odysseus dodging Delphi's energy blasts , Athena walked up to Delphi then fired a beam of red and gold energy at her sending her through the air and into a tree , Odysseus ran back over towards his crew as Delphi crawled across the muddy ground.
Suddenly Delphi drew a dagger and ran towards Athena as her back was turned, "No" shouted Odysseus then he ran past Athena and jumped behind her and raised his shield to protect her , Odysseus quickly held his sword up as Delphi was in mid air about to strike Athena , Odysseus's sword impaled Delphi's gut , she dropped the dagger onto the ground as blood dripped out of her mouth and dripped off her chin , Odysseus thrust his sword further through her body hard the pulled it out , blood dripping off his blade as Delphi fell to her knees and breathed her final breath.
A few moments later Odysseus and his remaining crewmen buried the bodies in a small clearing in the forest, the smell of flowers filled the air as a gentle breeze started to blow and the birds started singing again as the light shone through the trees. Athena, Odysseus and his men payed their respects to their fallen friends and travelled onwards back the way they they came , they walked past the hot springs and through the fields and the village and boarded the ship and set sail as the sun started to set.
As they sailed across the sea the clouds came over and covered the moon as the wind started to howl and rain started to fall heavily , a thunderstorm had arrived as the waves grew rougher and stronger. Suddenly they saw a large whirlpool in front of them , "row harder men" shouted Odysseus , but it was to late as the ship had been caught on the edge of the whirlpool , the storm grew worse as the crew struggled to keep the ship above water...
