Standing amongst the neon light
A rainbow of colours light up the night
The raindrops falling upon the ground
The noise of the storm drowning out the sound
Lightning flashing amongst the dark cloud
Thunder echoed and rumbled loud
I stand in the storm and see my breath
Heart blackened and cold like death
The ground cold and beginning to freeze
Skin cold like death as I feel the cold breeze
Ice cold blue eyes and a hood over my head
Hearing voices and seeing the long since dead
Time to take another poor soul
To a place of light so they can become whole
My work is done for another night
