If your account is new then name can be changed only after a month
Maybe admins can change ...not sure

When u open your profile then go on account details on the top u can found Ur name (change) u can change from their dear......and if u change then u can change after 3 month.....
Just a suggestion not intended to say wrong but these are small and common issue u can ask any badge holders or any staff in chat room as u prefer no need to make thread for every things .....anyone can tell u about this ...I am saying this bcz I see Ur three threads line wise...

Thanks for ur kind replay, and I understand what u intented.. And I posted this on technical problems side which is given for technical issue and help suggestions.. And I know it's common small issue, but iam new here and I don't know about changing name stuffs.. And I consider ur suggestion..i just thought that.. If I post here, then I can also increase the messages, which is required to get a badge.. And hereafter I will ask issue to staffs as u said..
