I am in the same situation, Wake up in the morning, go to work, come back and sleep, it feels like we are not living, we are just passing our life.

I am exact opposite ...

I'll be lazy today .... my bed kicks me out
Sunday: let's relax .... me wake up even earlier
The alarm clock ⏰ .... me stop it when drinking tea

Sleep less ... work more .... ZOZO more :) :)
