Hello and good evening bro. Well I feel they are ready for the new relationship and as long as they are committed to the new one it should not be an issue. Some people have a habit of holding on to the past which in some ways is not correct as well. That being said as long as the new partner is faithful to you just look ahead and into the future. Once you have committed to someone else completely you should not let your past be the reason to interfere in your current relationship ..
Even if you won't have anything in mind as such
But it can make your significant other insecure
So you should also think about their peace of mind!!

I mean there's nothing wrong in believing it as everyone has their opinions
But would you also be okay if your partner still has her ex bf's photos in her phone hidden somewhere?

Yess if both of the partners are really okay with it and their relationship is full of trust and faith then there seems no problem in it !
