Yesterday, I happened to hear a story about me from someone here, and that alone was enough reason to write this post. Because honestly… I didn’t know I was living such an exciting life until these people started describing it. Sometimes I feel like they know a better version of me than I do.
Some people absolutely love hearing lies. They don’t just listen—they encourage, support, and cheer like it’s a talent show for creative storytelling. They nod seriously, say “ആഹാ... എന്നിട്ട്..!” and even give background music in their mind. It’s hilarious.
The best part is when they glorify someone with lies that sound like a movie trailer… or when they talk badly about someone we personally know better than their own mother. And when all this happens in a virtual world? Gold. Pure comedy gold. Because these people don’t even know the person they’re talking about. They’re just confidently speaking from a parallel universe.
And honestly, I enjoy lies about me the most. I get entertained. I encourage them. “More details please… proceed… elaborate!” Because if someone is willing to use their imagination, creativity, and free data to make my life sound interesting, why shouldn’t I support their artistic talent?
And honestly, even now I’m confused… who is the real me? The one I know, or the one in their stories? Because their version of me seems to be living a way more exciting life than I ever did.
