Its quite simple i think all new how to makea boat
So creat a boat in wax paper so it will not sunk
Then make a circle conneted with pedal
Join it wit rubber
And just make turn of rubber so a its release will make the wheel circling
As circling is started just put it in water it will slowly start moving
