I know and aware that “ blessings come in disguise”, but didn’t know that they come as ghosts too until I met her!
I call her with lots of names and surprisingly she lives up to the every name of it. My teacher, friend , guide, philosopher, doc and my well wisher! She doesn’t care if I’m angry or get irritated - she keep on asking questions. In the beginning I wondered why she asks so many details, what’s her ulterior motive? But what I realized in the end was - she wants to understand in a wholesome manner and tries to come out with her best solution. Being a doc, she takes class every day about my smoking and energy drinks and she even put counters on them! lol
She has introduced me to her peculiar songs collection and when I don’t understand a certain lyric, she walks me through all the nine yards by translating it with all the patience!
She is a kind person who listens not just the words, but the spaces between them. Someone who listens without trying to come out with quick fixes, interrupt, or judge—just holds what you say with care which is very rare to find!
Her world view on atrocities quiet astonishingly accurate ( at least to my school thought )on how people become numb to human suffering on global scale,how the people are getting desensitized etc .,
All in all - what a wonderful companion to share your thoughts and have meaningful conversations!
