I'm sick and tired of this back and forth messaging just to get your account name. If you dont include it in the opening message of your complaint, I'm not answering, infact I'll probably just lock the message and you can deal with the problem on your own.
I have way better things to do, then to wait around for you to answer "what is your account name?" when all YOU have to do is include it in the message. This wastes time, you have to wait for ME to come in, then I have to wait for you to give your account name etc etc. What should only take a short while, turns into several days.
