I do smoke but whenever I light up I only smoke half a ciggy cause I read in a medical journal that every smoker has a certain amount of nicotine in his or her blood , as and when that level drops , one gets a craving to smoke. So at that time even if you take a few puffs or smoke a full ciggy does not matter. This helped me cut down on my smokes and now I am down to only about 5 throughout the day and night . Also my brand is Benson and Hedges lights. Another thing I would like to add here , there is a movie starring Russell Crowe called " The Insider " in which he portrays a tobacco executive who exposes the industry by writing a paper to the senate ( which obviously is disregarded since its a billion dollars industry and one of the major funders for the political parties ) . According to him smoking tobacco is not as bad as it is portrayed to be but the companies in order to make it addictive add synthetic chemicals which cause the harm. In India bidi has been there for centuries and to be honest I used to smoke bidi in college myself. Anyways Cheers!!!!
