Ban without doing anything wrong

Even after trying 8 times, my account is repeatedly banned.and I only use phone data and wifi

and are you guys SURE you're clearing your cache and cookies? I mean CLEAR them. cause neither one of your IPs are in the list of bans. Your names aren't in the list, only thing i have is your accounts, and both being Ninja holders.

Yes, I have cleared the cache and cookies 10-12 times, and even reset the Wi-Fi and airplane mode 5-6 times, but I am still facing the same problem."

I cleared all caches and cookies even storage also
Refresh it for more than 10 times
Set to aeroplane mode also

Even try to reset the password
