Threads are meant to exchange thoughts, share ideas, and learn new perspectives. But they should not be a dumpyard for everything found on the web. When will we as individuals grow when all we do is mere copy pasting stuff? I am not saying everyoine shoujld come up with new thoughts, but when you are taking something from the web, it is your minimal duty to kindly quote the source. It is called 'Respecting' the real author or the source which has done a legitimate work. And it also means you are informing the readers you have taken it from a source and it is not your original post.
Not giving credit to someone who deserve is absolutely sick to the core. I may be harsh, but you know, give credit when you know the source. Respect other folks hardwork and just don't take or accept emoticons as if you have done the work.! Damn!
