The Weirdest Thing in My Life

I'm basically a huge introvert in real life.:) Last summer, I had a bit of work in Chennai. I finished it and booked an IntrCity Smart Bus for the return a sleeper bus with a washroom. My seat was a lower berth, left side, single seat. I thought I’d finally get some peaceful sleep.

:zzz:I slept midway through the journey. Around dinnertime, the driver stopped at a restaurant. I had butter naan with palak paneer. I had my own water bottle, and I didn’t want to finish it. My belief is you can eat unhygienic food once in a while, but you should never drink unhygienic water. So, I drank just a little, then bought a Monster energy drink, finished that, and got back on the bus. The journey resumed.

Around 12 a.m., I finished the water in my bottle. By 2 a.m., I felt the urge to pee my bladder was filling up. But I lazy ass thought, "It’s a bus with a washroom, I’ll go when it gets urgent."

Soon, it became urgent. I got up to go pee but fucckkkkk, the entire back section of the bus was packed with girls:facepalm:. Probably a sports group or some friends went to tour They were all awake and having fun. There was no way I could walk before many girls just to pee. As an introvert, that was my worst nightmare.:(

So, I held it in. For over an hour. I am getting pain in bladder.

Then, I got a weird idea I decided to pee in my water bottle. I closed the curtain of my seat and somehow managed to do pee in bottle :Cwl: . now I had a pee bottle and nowhere to throw it. It’s an AC bus, so I couldn’t just toss it out the window. So, I kept it at my feet, and later, i kept in side pocket of my bag.:facepalm:

I got down at LB Nagar. I didn’t want to throw the bottle in the trash directly because I was worried what if someone found it and thought it was water and drank it ? Because few ppl find food in trash bins too..

So, I went to the garbage area and started emptying the bottle. Right then, an auto driver nearby was changed his tyre. He saw me and came over. His hands were greasy and he asked, “Anna, pour some water on my hands so I can wash them.”:Cwl:

I was dying inside, laughing. I said, “Anna, this water’s not good.”
He replied, “No problem, anna, just for hand washing—it’s okay.”:Cwl:

And then… I poured it :p He washed his hands with that water, wiped them with a cloth, I even took his auto to my place afterward.

Still one of the weirdest and funniest experiences of my life.:Cwl:
