Those Who Hide Their Pain✨

Healerr

Wellknown Ace
I’ve realised that the people who love the deepest
are often the ones who have felt unloved the most.

They give away the care they once longed to receive,
offer comfort while their own hearts quietly ache,
& make everyone feel loved, even when they feel forgotten.

They always put others first,
hiding their pain behind a smile
and telling only half of their story.

And when their parents & friends ask if they’re okay,
they simply say,

I’m fine
not because they are,
but because they never want their pain
to become someone else’s burden.

Maybe this is why I love people so deeply… I know what it feels like to be unloved.
So now I give everyone the care I once needed and then casually say I.am fine like my emotional damage has a WiFi password.

This is painfully relatable. Sometimes the people who say “I’m fine” the most are the ones silently carrying the heaviest emotions.
You deserve the same love and care you give to everyone else.

Self Healing is better then taking someone else shoulder....which making me even more heavy and guilty by dumping my words....✨
IM FINE
this itself carries so many emotions

Maybe we become the kind of person we once needed. And somewhere along the way we learn to give others the warmth we were once searching for ourselves. ❤️

It's so true, hiding your own pain to keep others happy takes immense courage.

This actually hit a little differently…
Maybe because I’m officially a member of the “I’m fine” category. :Cwl:

I can detect a 1% change in someone else’s mood from 10 kilometres away… but when it comes to my own emotions, apparently the system is under maintenance. :)

Sometimes I genuinely don't know how to explain what’s going on, and sometimes I simply don't want to turn my problems into someone else's headache. So yeah… “I’m fine” the most convenient lie with unlimited usage. :giggle:

And the funny part? People hear “I’m fine” and happily close the ticket.
Congratulations, emotional support request successfully ignored.

But honestly, maybe “I’m fine” doesn't always mean “I don't need anyone.”
Sometimes it means I don't know how to ask someone to stay without feeling like a burden. ❤️

When you’re always available for people and genuinely care for them, sometimes they start taking you for granted.

Yes, it hurts when you don’t receive in return what you give so wholeheartedly.

But it’s okay. Keep being the person you are. Your kindness is never a weakness. ❤️

Yeahh, sometimes keeping everything inside feels easier than explaining what’s actually going on ✨ You just don’t wanna make anyone worry or feel like you’re putting too much on them, so “I’m fine” becomes the easiest thing to say. But honestly, not everything has to be handled alone. Having someone to talk to doesn’t mean you’re a burden, and you don’t have to feel guilty just because you’re having a hard time. You’re allowed to have days where you’re not okay too.
Sometimes just having someone sit there and listen is enough, no advice, no judging, nothing♥️✨

Hello, @winee. Hope, you are doing good.
You’re right.we all need someone who listens without judgment. But what if that person isn’t there anymore? Then we can feel lost again life can be cruel that way.

Yeahh, that’s the hardest part actually… when the person who once made things feel a little easier isn’t there anymore, everything can feel different. But maybe losing someone doesn’t mean that kind of comfort can never exist again. Life changes people and brings different people into our lives too. For now, just don’t keep everything locked inside because someone is no longer there. Take things slowly, heal at your own pace, and hopefully the days ahead feel a little lighter. ✨

Agree,it hurts when a person is no longer available or person is gone, but comfort can come again.
