Hello Admins,
I am writing to request a manual review of my registered account, JackkkSparrooow.

For the past 5 days, I have been unable to access any chat rooms due to the error message: "not allowed to join room". I did not receive any warnings or kick notifications from moderators prior to this happening.

I have already tried troubleshooting on my end by completely clearing my Chrome browser cache, cookies, and cycling my mobile network to get a fresh IP address. However, the block remains active, which leads me to believe my account may have been flagged by a system false-positive or an automatic rule filter.

Could you please check my account logs and help me resolve this issue?
