You've built up a tolerance to caffeine! Here's what you can do: try cutting out coffee or drastically reducing your intake for 4–5 days (a caffeine reset). You might get a bit of a headache at first, but after that, even a single cup will work wonders.

Hello and good evening Ms. . If caffeine does not suit you , as @OGRE correctly said, eating an apple keeps you awake as it contains natural sugar such as fructose which gives you ample energy to stay awake. On the other hand you can also try Kashmiri kahwa. It's less in caffeine and more herbal based and specially good for winters as well. God bless!!!!. Cheers!!!
