Yupp.. Distraction itself says that you're off from your "traction" meaning that you're going away from your purpose that you are supposed to fulfill...
So basically if one knowss what he/she truly wants from this limited amount of time that's there on this Earth then there will not be every other thing that will catch your attention and only the things that matter will sustain..
