How would it be if there was an Internet Licence kind of a thing? Just like a driving license. I didn't mean to cancel he/she from the internet completely if they violate something. But atleast some control. Idea is simple but nowhere to be found. Maybe I'm dumb and there is a clear downside to this.

Yeah, Things are much complicated. If the tech is very abstract to restrict some control and people have no access to the source code of something. They will act and get the access no matter what.

Isn't it so stupid that we are developing something that can't be controlled? Clearly we could put a new invention through a series of tests of some sort to avoid any possible consequences.
