What did I do? I ate.. Morning Coffee, Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Post lunch snacks, Evening snacks, Pre dinner Snacks, and 6 glasses of various juices, and then... Dinner is pending and may be after that, a night walk at beach and possibly a midnight snacks... Damn, my whole Diet is gonna get ruined...

शर्मिंदा हो जाए।
वे मौन की हथेली पर रखे,
दीप जैसे हैं,
जो बिना जले ही अंधकार को समझा जाते हैं।
और कुछ शब्द,
पत्थर की भाषा बोलते हैं,
भरे हुए ज़ख़्मों से भी,
हिसाब माँग लेते हैं,
सन्नाटे की सिलाई उधड़ती है अचानक,
और दर्द फिर से बोलना सीख लेता है!!!
