They do. Just because they're told to " be strong" or "man up" doesn't mean they don't feel pain. Men, too, carry the weight of traumas that break them inside memories that haunt, moment that hurts, silence that screams. The world expects them to hide their tears. But why? Are they not human too? Do their heart beat with the same emotions? To say " men don't cry" is to deny them the right to feel, to heal. Crying isn't weakness it release, it's truth, it's strength. So let them cry.
