What do you feel

I sometimes get a feeling of being separate, not within "myself" or what I see around me. To use the cliché literally: "I am not myself", or what I think is myself. It's as if what I'm seeing is paintings from the inside of an eggshell, and the eggshell can crack at any time. Everything I see will disappear, though I don't know what is on the other side. I fully recognize and admit that this could simply be weird brain activity.

There is no harm in that. I feel that way too sometimes but honestly I am very good alone and I enjoy it in my own way and understand myself more, what I want....

You don’t have to know what you feel. You don’t have to name it. You don’t have to be able to identify the emotion.

All you need to do is notice the feeling.

Notice it. Without naming it. Without trying to identify it. Without trying to change it.

This is the beginning of healing.

We turn away from our feelings.

Hello and good evening mate,
Sometimes the feeling of being disconnected is one of the best and most satisfying feeling cause that is when you connect with your inner self on a deeper , more spiritual and emotional way.

It's common and can be triggered by stress or anxiety. Remember, it's okay to seek support from a therapist or loved ones. You can find medical remedies here and read instaflex reviews, always research and consult a healthcare professional before trying new supplements. Take care!
