I was born in the early 70s
no phones like that.
I remember the phone, sorry , big battery with a phone on the side.
but it's true
the last 10/ 15 years they have just gone mad.
It's a phone ?
but how many people use it as a phone ?
I, like so many others, text more nowadays.

The trick is, turning it off or silent
not being tempted to log on,
to any site.
truth is they are here to stay,
but it's how WE use them.
and NOT how them control us.
