Follow for 5 days strictly to get best result
Drink 11-12 glass of water daily
Daily 30 mins walk / exercise compulsory
Morning - drink ginger turmeric water daily
Breakfast - poha / oats / dalhia with fruits n veg
Mid morning snacks - apple /orange
Drink cumin, coriander sounf + cinnamon stick water
Lunch - rajma rice / panner wrap/ 3whyt eggs / oats dal khichdi / + salad compulsory
Evening snacks - handful peanut/ bhel / puffed rice / makhana
Green tea
Dinner - tomato soup/ oats / salad / panner saute veg salad + salad plate
