Ya... its a kind of Fungus which is edible even it has Medicinal values.... 1. Rich in Vitamin D Helps to srengthen bone and fight disease like cancer.... 2. and it also has a substance called Beta-Gulatin / Beta Glucan which aids our body to fight critical infections.....
