Dreams can be so vivid and tease us with "what ifs." It's like your brain is playing a romantic movie, and you're the star. But yeah, it's tough when our brains start making us feel hopeful about something that might not be real.

Maybe take a deep breath, acknowledge the feelings, and remind yourself that dreams are just your brain's way of processing thoughts and emotions. Doesn't mean it's a prediction or a sign. You're doing great, and you're strong enough to handle whatever comes next.
