As the sunrise shone over Whitechapel an ear piercing scream filled the streets , the police ran towards the woman standing by the alley and pointed towards the Alice's body. "We'd better get the Inspector here" said one of the policemen , twelve minutes later after a policeman made a telephone call to police headquarters the Inspector and Lucy arrived at the crime scene.

"Ok sergeant keep the people out of the way" said the Inspector as Lucy examined the crime scene , the Inspector walked towards Lucy and looked at the body. "Is it a ripper murder?" Asked Lucy , "hmm the body has similar wounds as before , however I believe this is not one of Jack The Ripper's victim's" said the Inspector , "in that case Jack The Ripper must have left Whitechapel" said Lucy.

"You may be right Lucy , I think we may have a copycat killer" said the Inspector , "or it may not be related at all Inspector" said Lucy. Twenty minutes later the coroner had arrived to take away the body and Inspector Abberline headed back to police headquarters as Lucy walked towards the train station , several minutes later Lucy had arrived at her friend Emily's house.

Emily let her inside her home and they sat in the living room , "hello there" said a man as he entered the living room , "oh this is my neighbour Matthew , he has been helping me with some repairs" said Emily. "Hello there I'm Lucy" she said as Matthew sat down opposite her , "have you lived in Whitechapel long?" Asked Lucy , "no I moved here several months ago in December" said Matthew as he picked up a glass of wine.

Lucy , Emily and Matthew talked for hours as the sun shone bright over Whitechapel , "well it has been fun but I must be going" said Lucy. "Yes I must go as well" said Matthew as Emily sipped her tea , a few moments later Emily said goodbye to Lucy and Matthew and then went back to drinking her tea and eating her biscuits , Lucy and Matthew walked through the streets for a little while and stopped by the church.

"I hope the hole in the church roof is fixed soon" said Matthew , a few moments later they walked into the graveyard and sat down on a bench beside the wall. "Have you heard about those murder's?" Asked Lucy , "yes I have , did they ever catch the ripper" said Matthew , "no he seems to have disappeared" said Lucy as she watched the bird's singing in the tree.

"There has been another murder since yesterday though" said Lucy , "really? , was it the ripper?" Asked Matthew , "it does not seem to be , I think someone is trying to copy his murder's" said Lucy. "Hmm possibly or Jack could have changed his method" said Matthew , "no Jack The Ripper was clever , he would not change his methods it would be to risky and may have gotten himself caught" said Lucy.

Half an hour later...

Lucy and Matthew had left the graveyard and walked through the market as the cloud's grew darker and blocked out the sunlight. "It shall be nightfall soon" said Lucy as she looked around for anything suspicious , "what are you looking for?" Asked Matthew , "I'm looking for anyone acting suspiciously" said Lucy , "I'm sure nothing will happen tonight , these murder's are spread out over time are they not" said Matthew.

"Hmm yes you are right" said Lucy as they walked onwards , after spending a few hours together talking nightfall had finally arrived. "May I walk you home" said Matthew , Lucy looked at him and said "yes thank you" , a few moments later the streets were filled with the soft orange glow of light from the gaslight street lamps as they walked towards Lucy's home.

Seven minutes later they had arrived at her home safely , "would you like to join me for some tea and cake before you go home?" Said Lucy. "Yes I would like that , I haven't eaten since breakfast" said Matthew as they went inside her home and closed the door.
