Don't Miss judge this with the amount of time he/she spends with you. I will prefer the one who have only 5 minutes of free time and gives the first minutes for me than having many minute of the day. So the priority that a person gives in different situation also must be kept in mind. Some may have very less time but still they will be findings time for you means you are so much important for them so always try to give the same priority to them also because they deserv it
