Some times my message didn't reach to my co-chatter and sometimes i don't receive their messages it feels like my message remains unreplied even tho they replied or I didn't replied even tho I replied to them to them....is it me only facing this issue or everyone?

this is more than likely your ISP, indian ISPs are at the best of times a bit glitchy, especially over wifi, they go in and out. Dont get me wrong, happens to me too at times, its why the system shows you "entering chat" when you've not left, its cause your wifi goes off and on at times.
