It's commun issues, when yu hve playstation 4! I put a fan to keep it cool.

Have you checked manuals how to fix that? When I had similar problem with my ps4 I didn't know the reason and how to fix it. Then I realized I needed to check exact model manual here in hope to find the solution. I was absolutely right and fixed this overheat issue. I guess you will succeed too

Don't run heavy games like Spider-Man PS4 it's kinda pressure the the PS4 to load the graphics of the game , they are updating just to update graphics not the story line lol

Maybe take a break from it
