Hercules and Athena charged towards the sea serpent..."clang"...their swords clashed against the sea serpent's steel like fins , the sea serpent swung it's tail towards them. Hercules and Athena ducked and watched as the sea serpent's tail swung past them and smashed into one of the shipwreck's , a few pieces of wood flew through the air as Hercules and Athena swung their swords towards the sea serpent , "clang"..their swords collided against the sea serpent's fin again , "I have an idea, distract this monster" said Athena.
Hercules waved his sword towards the sea serpent and distracted it as Athena moved around the shipwreck's , Hercules sword collided against the sea serpent's razor sharp claws. Meanwhile...Athena moved closer towards the sea serpent and climbed aboard one of the shipwreck's and then climbed up the mast , moments later Athena jumped off the shipwreck's mast and landed on the sea serpent's back.
The sea serpent roared as it tried to shake Athena off it's back and then swung it's tail around and tried to knock her down , Athena kept her grip and managed to hold on as Hercules thrust his sword through the air towards the sea serpent. Hercules landed a blow on the sea serpent , his sword cut through it's shimmering scales and into it's flesh , the sea serpent's blue blood seeped out of it's wound and dripped onto the sand , it's blood bubbled and steamed as it hit the sand.
"Don't let it's blood touch you , it will burn you" said Athena as she grappled the sea serpent , Hercules moved back a little as Athena thrust her sword into the sea serpent's back. The sea serpent roared as Athena's sword cut deep through it's flesh , Athena pulled her sword out and moments later the sea serpent's blue corrosive blood sprayed out of the wound , Athena quickly moved out of the way and then jumped off it's back as it's blood spray across the sand.
The thunder rumbled loudly as the rain fell harder and faster , suddenly a bolt of lightning struck one of the shipwreck's and then..."BOOM" , the shipwreck burst into pieces and small chunks of wood flew through the air. "That was close" said Athena , the sea serpent's eyes glowed bright as it opened it's mouth , "what's it doing" said Hercules loudly, "I don't know , move out of the way" said Athena , suddenly a ball of orange light filled the sea serpent's mouth , moments later the sea serpent unleashed a large blast of light energy from it's mouth.
The sea serpent fired the blast of orange light energy towards Hercules "uh oh" said Hercules , Athena's eyes glowed and then she ran fast like lightning and stood in front of Hercules. Athena raised her hand and used her powers to create a gold and red energy shield , the sea serpent's blast of energy collided against Athena's energy shield and absorbed it , the sea serpent roared once again and then charged towards them , the sea serpent swung it's claws and tail and hit Athena's energy shield again and again.
The sea serpent's attacks had no effect on Athena's energy shield , Hercules twirled his sword in his hand and then threw it through the air towards the sea serpent. Hercules sword flew through the air and then suddenly a powerful gust of wind collided against it and blew it down into the sand , "damn" said Hercules , Athena protected Hercules as he quickly moved forward and picked his sword up and then moved behind Athena again , moments later Athena grabbed her golden spear and grabbed it firmly.
"Distract the monster" said Athena , Hercules ran towards the sea serpent and then punched it hard in it's ribs , "let us end this" said Athena as her eyes glowed once again. Athena spun her golden spear around through the air then suddenly the sea serpent lunged towards her , Hercules moved back out of the way and stood beside one of the shipwreck's , as the sea serpent lunged towards her Athena thrust her golden spear upwards towards it , her golden spear pierced through the sea serpent's it's shimmering scales and flesh and went through it's mouth and into it's head.
Athena pulled her golden spear out and the sea serpent collapsed , it's head crashed against the ground as it's blue blood soaked the sand around it. "Take that monster" said Hercules as he smiled and ran his fingers through his long wet hair , Athena unleashed a large blast of red and gold energy and vaporised the sea serpent's body , the ash and embers floated around in the air until the rain extinguished them , Hercules and Athena put their weapons away and walked down the beach and into a small cave , they sat down inside the cave and took shelter as the storm raged on...
