Later that day at the docks Hercules said goodbye to Athena and Odysseus and watched them sailed away beyond the horizon as the sun started to set. Two months later....The moon shone bright between the dark clouds as Hercules walked through the forest , he walked for a couple of hours until he reached a marsh , the sound of frogs and cicadas all around him as he left footprints in the wet mud.
An owl flew past him as he continued to travel through the marsh , moments later Hercules discovered skeletons hanging by their neck's in the dead looking trees , the skeletons swung a little in the wind as Hercules walked onwards. He heard a growling sound coming from the water nearby , "crocodiles!" Thought Hercules as he kept his distance and drew his sword just in case a crocodile decided to attack.
A group of crows started making a noise as Hercules approached them , suddenly the crows flew away quickly , "hmm those crows flew off quickly , almost if something scared them" thought Hercules. Hercules walked deeper into the marsh as frogs jumped past him , moments later he heard a voice nearby as he walked towards an orange glow , "hmm it looks like someone lives out here" thought Hercules as he stayed out of sight and walked up to a fence.
Hercules looked through the gap in-between the fence posts and saw a strange looking man standing by a campfire , Hercules looked closely as the strange man turned around a little. "Ahh , what is he... a monster?" though Hercules , the man had horns on his head , a long tail and sharp claws , the man picked up a whip and said , "I know you're there , show yourself". Hercules walked around the fence and stood in front of the man , Hercules gripped his sword tight as the man held his whip firmly.
"What are you" asked Hercules , "I am Kalivos , I was once a man like you , but the goddess Hera cursed me for my crimes" he said , "what was your crime to end up with this curse" asked Hercules. "I ruled my city with tyranny and I stole from the god's" said Kalivos , "then you deserve to be cursed" said Hercules , Kalivos's anger grew as he moved a little closer towards Hercules and prepared to attack him...
