The full moon shone bright in the dark night as the lonely man walked through the forest , he heard a howl coming from the river nearby , he looked around as he walked a little faster towards home.
As the man walked onwards he heard the sound is sticks snapping around him , he started walking faster as he became afraid feeling he was being watched , then suddenly a wolf jumped out of the shadows and scratched and bit him.
Suddenly a shot was fired from behind and the wolf lay dead amongst the fallen leaves , a woman stood above the man and helped him onto his feet and walked him home.
A few weeks later the full moon had returned as the man walked towards the hills , the moonlight shone down on him then he suddenly fell to his knees , the man's eyes started to glow red as his teeth grew larger and and his nails became claws.
The curse had taken over him as he became something more , a werewolf with a hunger for flesh and blood , he stood atop the hill and howled , the sound echoing through the valley , he ran down the hills and past the river then into the dark forest.

The silver knife glimmered in the dim lamp light as the werewolf fell to the floor and started to turn back into human form , the woman felt sorry for the cursed man and carried him outside and buried him by the flower bed , after she finished burying him the moonlight shone through the trees once more.
