The storm continued to rage on as Vanessa checked on Emilia , Sam took out his communication device and contacted the ship , "this is a medical emergency , lock onto Emilia and beam her up" said Sam. Moments later Emilia was beamed aboard the ship and taken to the medic area , "I'm sorry you're friend got injured" said Arellia , the rain fell harder and faster than before as the orange lightning crashed into the ground around the village.
Suddenly everything became silent , "why's it gone quiet" said Sam , Arellia walked outside and looked around and then said "the storm has gone". 'what kind of storm just disappears like that" said Vanessa with a look of suspicion on her face , Vanessa and Sam walked outside and looked around as Arellia stood behind them , "where do these storms start" asked Vanessa , Arellia pointed towards the ruins in the distance and said"the storm always starts where those ruins are".
"Hmm interesting , I think we should investigate those ruins" said Sam , a few moments later Sam , Vanessa and Arellia walked out of the village and headed towards the ruins. Several minutes later they had arrived at the ruins and started to investigate , suddenly Sam stopped and stood still and then said "can you hear that noise?" , Vanessa listened carefully and then replied , "I hear it , but where's it coming from" she said , Sam and Vanessa walked a little further ahead and then stopped.
Sam looked down and saw something sticking out of the ground , "hey there's something buried here" he said , Arellia walked over to them and kneeled down on the ground and started moving the mud and rocks out of the way. Moments later Arellia had unearthed a strange looking machine , "what is this machine" said Arellia , Vanessa and Sam moved backwards to a safe distance and told Arellia to move away , "it looks like one of those old weather machines" said Vanessa.
"It looks damaged and beyond repair" said Sam as he grabbed his Delta rifle and aimed it at the machine , moments later Sam fired his Delta rifle , the laser blast from his Delta rifle disintegrated the damaged machine with one shot. "You should be safe from storms now" said Vanessa , Arellia thanked them and then walked back to the village and started to repair the shattered window at her home , they stayed at the village for a few hours and then decided to beam up back to their ship.
After they had arrived back on board their ship Sam and Vanessa visited Emilia in medic area , "how's Emilia doing Doctor Thorn?" asked Vanessa. "She's stable for now but there's still a chance she could die" said Doctor Thorn , Vanessa and Sam looked at Emilia with a look of concern on their faces , "we've already lost chief engineer Vox and Doctor Mazir" said Vanessa , Sam placed his arm around Vanessa's shoulder's and held her close and comforted her.
Later that day it was seven pm and time for dinner.... Sam , Vanessa and Ilya sat in the dining room and kitchen area as they waited for their food , several minutes later Chef Raj served them their meals. "Ah so you're out of the ships prison cell" said Vanessa , "yes I have learned my lesson , I will not steal again" said Raj as he walked back to the kitchen and prepared dessert , Sam , Vanessa and Ilya talked for a while as they ate their meal then suddenly Doctor Thorn spoke through the communication panel.
"I have good news , Emilia will make a full recovery" she said , Sam , Vanessa and Ilya smiled as Chef Raj came out of the kitchen with their dessert , "mmm strawberry pie , my favourite" said Vanessa. Sam began to eat his banana cake as Vanessa and Emilia ate their strawberry pies , twenty minutes later they had finished their dessert and Ilya went back to the bridge , suddenly the ship shook , "red alert , ship under attack" said the computer voice.
Vanessa stood up and then Sam and Chef Raj vanished right in front of her eyes , "what the... they've been taken" said Vanessa , she went to the bridge as fast as she could and told her crew that Sam and Chef Raj had been taken. Meanwhile on board the enemy ship.... Sam and Chef Raj found themselves in a pit surrounded by a crowd of muscled lizard people , "fight , fight , fight" said the crowd , moments later their leader appeared in the crowd and said "you two humans will fight to the death to please us".
Sam and Chef Raj had no choice but to fight and chose their weapons from the weapons rack on the wall , Sam moved quickly and chose the laser gun , Raj grabbed a spear and held it firmly. "We'll just have to play along and hope we get rescued" said Sam as he held his finger on the trigger , "I hope they rescue us soon" said Raj , the leader of the lizard people demanded they start fighting or he would execute them on the spot...
