A few hours later Doctor Mazir had finished examining the creatures body and activated the communication panel on the wall , "Vanessa and Sam , please come down to the medic area" he said. A few minutes later Vanessa and Sam had arrived and Doctor Mazir told them about what he discovered during the examination of the creatures body , "I know why the scanner didn't register the creature as a lifeform" said Doctor Mazir as he put his surgical tools down.
"Oh and why's that" asked Sam , "the creature is mostly mechanical , like a cyborg" said Doctor Mazir , "I hope we don't meet any more of those creatures" said Vanessa. Suddenly Navigator Emilia's voice came through the communication panel , "we have a situation up here" said Emilia , Vanessa and Sam ran through the corridors and went to the bridge as fast as they could , "what's going on" said Vanessa , Ilya pointed to the view screen and said "the ship you were on is about to explode".
"Fly us away from here quickly" said Vanessa , "we can't , chief engineer Vox is in the middle of adjusting the engines" said Emilia , "ok , raise the shields" said Vanessa. Sam activated the ships shields and then moments later "BOOM"....the drifting ship exploded into bits , the shockwave collided against their shields , "shields are holding" said Ilya as the ship shook a little , suddenly the nebula became strange and distorted a little.
"The engines have been adjusted" said chief engineer Vox as his came from the communication panel , "get us out of here" said Vanessa , Ilya started to fly the ship towards the other side of the nebula towards the exit. Suddenly small explosions occurred around the nebula as it became more distorted , "there's something appearing in front of us" said Sam , "go around it" said Vanessa , "I can't , that thing is pulling us in" said Ilya , Sam looked closer at the opening in front of the ship.
"Oh no...it's a wormhole" he said , moments later the ship was engulfed by the wormhole as it pulled them in , the ship went through the wormhole at high speed as the crew held on tight. Several minutes later the ship stopped and everything outside around them became dark for a moment as the came out of the wormhole , "Emilia scan the surrounding area" said Vanessa , Emilia activated the scanner and waited a few moments , "there's not much here and we've travelled so far , I don't know where we are" said Emilia.
"I don't recognise anything in this sector , we're lost" said Ilya , Vanessa walked over to the communication panel and gave a message to all the crew members "attention everyone , we've been pulled through a wormhole and are lost in an unknown part of space" said Vanessa , "we will travel onwards and hope that we can find our way back" she said , later that day.... Sam and Vanessa walked through the corridor and headed down to the engine room.
They walked to the small storage room at the dimly lit area of the engine room and searched through some crates , "this isn't your fault you know" said Sam , "it feels like it , if we hadn't have beamed aboard that ship we might have avoided this" said Vanessa. Sam placed his hand on her shoulder and reassured her that everything would be ok , they found the crates they were looking for and then took them to the warp core and placed them on the ground beside it , "brought you the crates to help you keep the warp core in perfect condition" said Sam as chief engineer Vox read his scanner.
He thanked them and then started to work on the warp core , Vanessa and Sam walked through the corridors and headed to the elevator and went inside. "Deck twelve" said Vanessa and then the elevator started moving downwards , a few moments later they had arrived on deck twelve and walked down the corridor towards Vanessa's sleeping quarters , the corridor was nice and quiet as the lights glowed softly outside her sleeping quarters.
Vanessa and Sam walked inside and sat down for a little while and talked , "finally , some time to ourselves" said Sam as Vanessa smiled , Vanessa stood up a walked over to him and then stood behind him and whispered into his ear , "join me" she whispered as she locked the door and looked at him seductively , Sam followed her to the other side of the room and around the wall that separated the bed area from the living room , Vanessa and Sam looked deeply into each others eyes as they slowly undressed each other.
Moments later Vanessa lay down on her bed and seductively moved her finger and smiled as she invited Sam to come closer towards her , he moved closer and closer towards her as they continued to look into each others eyes. Vanessa turned the lights down a little and layed on her back and opened her legs a little , she gently bit her lip as Sam climbed onto her bed and slowly moved even closer towards her...
