Rohan was lost in his thoughts, "How do I go and tell her? What will she think of me? What if she says no?" He was busy building castles in the air in his mind when suddenly a piece of chalk hit him in the face.
The professor yelled at him, "Where is your attention? You keep sleeping even in class, you dull good-for-nothing! If you don't study, you will fail."
Rohan felt embarrassed. He stood with his head bowed in shame and didn't say anything.
Professor : Get out of my class right now!
Rohan walked out of the class with his head down.
Reena was looking at him. Rohan's disappointed face made her sad too. After all, she was his good friend in college.
Reena was drawn to Rohan's simplicity and his innocent nature.
Reena was one of the intelligent students in the class, a topper in her school before she changed institutes for college where she met Rohan.
Reena was also a simple, beautiful, and well-mannered girl. Her beauty had captivated Rohan, but the poor fellow was afraid of being talked about and kept his feelings bottled up. He listened to everything Reena said, and why wouldn't he? She was the girl he liked so much.
Rohan often used to come to college early so that he could spend time with Reena. By coming early, he would wait for Reena, sometimes bringing her chocolates and sometimes flowers. Reena would also compliment the gifts he brought and would also give him something or the other in return.
They both mostly spent their time together, whether it was the canteen, the classroom, the college garden, or even outside college at the pani puri stall.
