Several hours after his ship crashed into the reef Odysseus woke up laying on a beach surrounded by a dark forest , the moon shining down through the trees and the sea glimmering in the moonlight. Odysseus stood up and started walking through the forest then suddenly a dark figure appeared in front of him , "welcome to my island, you won't be leaving" said the woman , the woman stepped out of the shadows her long black hair and her green eyes glimmering in the moonlight , Odysseus drew his sword and pointed it at the woman , suddenly the woman held out her hand and her eyes glowed as she mumbled some words, Odysseus's sword glowed red and got hot then he dropped it onto the ground "you're a sorceress" he said. The woman nodded and said, "yes I'm a sorceress and my name is Katerina" she said , "you're not leaving my island hero" , Katerina took his hand and led him to her small house deeper into the forest. As they arrived Katerina went inside her house then suddenly a burst of red light appeared, it was Athena..."help me escape from this island almighty Athena" said Odysseus, "use the hydra's blood that Icarus have you, it will help you escape" said Athena, "how can it" he said, "put the hydra's blood in her wine and it will weaken her powers and allow you to escape" she said. "I have given you a new ship it's waiting for you just south from here" said Athena as she faded into the shadows, Odysseus walked into the house and took out the flask with the hydra's blood in it and poured some into Katerina's wine while her back was turned. Katerina picked up her goblet and drank the wine then suddenly she coughed "what have you done" said Katerina as she fell to the ground, Odysseus ran out of the house and headed south towards the beach where Athena had left his new ship. He finally reached the ship and climbed aboard then suddenly Katerina appeared, in a rage she threw red fireballs towards him and the ship, Odysseus swiftly dodged them and started rowing away from the island, "I'll get you for this" screamed Katerina as Odysseus sailed eastwards...to be continued
