Odysseus and the remainder of his crew arrived home to find the village empty , the villagers had gone and all that was left were the animals, "where is everyone" said Odysseus, suddenly a burst of red light flashed in front of him, Athena appeared in front of him , her brown hair and eyes glimmering in the sunlight as she ran her fingers through her hair , "danger lies ahead dear Odysseus" said Athena, Odysseus looked at her worryingly then Athena and Odysseus walked around the village, Odysseus drew his sword as he heard a noise coming from one of the houses , he kicked the door down and saw Apollo and Artemis standing there , their gold and silver armour glowing in the dark as they examined the room. "What happened here, where is everyone" said Odysseus, "I'll tell him Artemis" said Apollo to his twin sister , "the villagers and your family were taken Odysseus" said Apollo as he raised his eyebrow with a look of concern on his face , "taken where , and by who" said Athena and Odysseus, Artemis stepped forward and said "only one of the gods could have done this" , Athena walked around thinking to herself, "what is it Athena" said Odysseus, Athena said "I know who took the villagers" she said as she examined the surroundings, Odysseus looked at Athena with a glimmer of hope. "It was.." just as Athena was about to name who was responsible for taking the villagers, a burst of purple light flashed in front of them. Suddenly a dark figure appeared, a woman, her long black hair as dark as the night and her pale skin glimmering, her eyes glowing purple , "Nyx" said Athena, Apollo and Artemis, "yes it is me Nyx" she said as she held her staff in both hands, "where are the villagers and my family" shouted Odysseus. Nyx looked at him with a evil grin on her face and laughed , Odysseus charged at her then Nyx hit the ground with her staff and a burst of purple energy blasted forward and sent Odysseus flying back and hitting a wall. "Odysseus" shouted Athena, Athena drew her divine sword and asked the twins Apollo and Artemis to join her in the fight, Apollo drew his golden sword as his twin Artemis took her divine bow and aimed it at Nyx. Artemis fired a barrage of arrows at Nyx but to no avail as Nyx deflected the arrows with her staff, "you will pay for what you have done" said Athena, Apollo, Artemis and Athena charged at Nyx as Odysseus lay on the ground slowly crawling across the ground trying to reach his sword....to be continued in part 11
