Not really! We hear a mix of internal and external sound, but others hear only the external part — that’s why recordings of our voice sound so weird to us.
The voice you hear in your head when you speak is not the same voice others hear. So, to answer your question directly, we can't truly know exactly what our voice sounds like to others in the same way we experience it ourselves.
