Account delete and badge.

Hii, I'm a new user here. I registered my id last week, got it verified and also got a VIP badge. But I deleted that account impulsively, so I created another one and again got it verified by a female moderator. But no badge is showing. Is there any policy that's restricting me from getting the badge second time?? I also tried to get my deleted account back but there was no way!
