So 4 shifts left then off for two weeks

Body still hurts, a little, but all good fun.
Already looking forward to next week's hard work.

feeling a little sore today, but no pain no gain, good session with my PT last evening
another great day, work do, earlies this week and back to training again tomorrow
meeting my new PT tomorrow, hard work but so looking forward to it
here we go again , but off tomorrow yay
