Yeah, honestly it's a great topic to bring into the spotlight.
A while ago I checked my screen time, and it was embarrassingly high.
After that I made small habits, For example, I don't bring up phone to dinner table.If someone is talking to me, I try not to look at my screen. ( Irony is I find it on insta itself
)
Even after that, my screen time is still high but it's not just mindless scrolling. These days almost everything happens on one device.
So maybe the goal shouldn't be low screen time, but better screen time.
The real question is: is the phone serving you, or are you serving the phone?
